Botox Injection
Botox has become a pillar in the treatment of relaxing those wrinkles and creases that appear with age on your face. Botox®, a muscle relaxant is used to treat crow's feet around the eyes, the forehead and frown lines, and the banding that can occur in the neck. A few days after injection, wrinkles and creases are smoothed out. Consistent use of Botox can also prevent new deep wrinkles and avoid the etched-in lines that are sometimes visible. Typically, results last about 3-4 months. Most patients schedule regular maintenance appointments to create a more gracefully aging appearance.

Dysport is a simple and effective, muscle relaxant, similar in properties to Botox, used to treat those unwanted fine lines and wrinkles due to muscle motion. It is composed of a purified protein very similar to the protein in Botox.. It was recently approved by the FDA for use in the United States for cosmetic use in the glabellar (frown) lines between the eyes. Dysport’s effectiveness and how long it lasts are very similar to Botox. Restylane
Restylane is FDA approved for treatment of the smile lines and is a natural, safe filler that is not derived from an animal or human source. Restylane typically provides around 6 months of enhancement for volume deficient areas such as the lips and smile lines. Perlane
Perlane is also a member of the Restylane family. Perlane is a longer lasting, slightly thicker version of Restylane that is intended for volume filling along with correcting deeper lines and folds such as the "marionette" lines. Perlane does work well for lip augmentation especially for those in whom Restylane or Juvederm does not last long enough. However, owing to its thickness, Perlane can feel somewhat firmer in the lips. Perlane is expected to last between months to a year.

Radiesse
Radiesse is made of calcium hydroxyapatite, which is a naturally occurring substance in your body. It is an ideal treatment for volume contouring replacement. Radiesse offers a longer lasting result of around 1-2 years. It is biocompatible and ultimately biodegradable.

Juvéderm Ultra and Ultra Plus
Juvéderm is the latest member of the hyaluronic acid (HA) family that provides a smooth and long-lasting result. FDA approved in June 2006 for use in the United States, it comes in two formulations: Ultra and ultra Plus. Ultra is similar to Restylane and works well for lip augmentation and fine lines and wrinkles. Ultra Plus is a thicker version of Ultra to be used in deeper folds such as the smile lines and marionette lines. Juvéderm is expected to last 9-12 months, depending on the area of placement.
